Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BC/BE (Board Certified/Board Eligible) Physician specializing in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatrics to join our dynamic team. This unique opportunity offers a hybrid work environment, combining office-based care with house visits, catering exclusively to seniors in the Riverside, California area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct office-based consultations and assessments.
  • Perform house visits, delivering comprehensive medical care directly to senior patients.
  • Maintain a hybrid work schedule, with 70-80% of time spent on-site and 20-30% dedicated to virtual and administrative tasks.
  • See an average of 6-7 patients per house visit day, ensuring personalized attention and high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with a clinician-led, mission-driven organization committed to innovating and improving healthcare delivery for seniors.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our practice, leveraging your expertise and passion for geriatric medicine.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Strong commitment to serving the senior population with empathy and respect.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • California medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
  • DEA certification.
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
