Specialty:
- Our focus is on Primary Care, specifically emphasizing Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Operational Details & Scheduling:
- Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary.
- Weekends & Major Holidays: The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance.
- Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
- On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.

Scope of Services:
- Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
- Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Expectations:
- Commitment: This position is for candidates with ties to the area who are seeking long-term employment.
- Certification Requirements: Established physicians must be board-certified. Current residents must be board-eligible and secure certification before commencing work.
- Professionalism: Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion.
- Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.

- Supportive Environment: Be part of a team of dedicated receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing, and administrative staff.
