Multiple Openings - Upcoming Retirements
Base Pay (1-year guarantee) $250,000
Productivity- Bonus Compensation for RVU¦s in excess of agreed threshold Available
Sign-On Bonus $50,000 for 3-year commitment
Work RVU Conversion Rate $47
Vacation Time 4 weeks for the first 3 years, 5 weeks thereafter
CME Hours (after first year of employment) 40 hours of CME time off per year
CME & Dues Allowance (after first year of employment) $4,000 per contract year
Relocation Assistance Up to $10,000
Health & Retirement Benefits package 401(K)
Hospital pays all incidental expenses, including Licensure, DEA, CSR, Malpractice (is occurrence based and we pays tail coverage)
Hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries & benefits, and manages staffing issues for the physician so that you can focus on seeing patients.
Must be Board Certified or Board eligible
100% Outpatient practice structure
No nights
No weekends
Four (4) day work week (10 hour days) or Five (5) day work week (8 hour days)
Office hours Monday ¡V Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Average volume is 20-25 patients per day
Very few telephone calls at night - Critical labs- The switchboard will contact the ordering provider- lab policy is that the provider is to respond back within 30 minutes
Hospitalist team will cover your patient admission. / ED will admit to Hospitalist team if inpatient care is needed
Lab and X-ray services on site.
Full EMR- Meditech and LSS, Meditech will be transitioning to Epic in the future
Community demographic: COPD, CHF, Elderly, diabetes, Asthma, Emphysema, breast, colorectal, lung, prostate cancer, Diabetes
