FAMILY PRACTICE AND INTERNAL MEDICINE OPTIONS - NEAR TAMPA & ORLANDO, FLORIDA!!
Client has Need for Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Geri docs in Lakeland and Winter Haven, FL
Located between Tampa and Orlando
Practice is mostly Medicare, HMO.
Must want to be in the area. Client looking for long term docs
Per client it's a "great family town and good school district."
Practice is growing exponentially
"Busy practice, happy patients"
2 providers currently and looking to hire about 3 more
Again, client prefers HMO experience already
200k base salary (can be higher based on experience). Plus 40k in bonus per year
See a very reasonable amount of patients per day plus Friday is a half day so there is time for paperwork in afternoon
No hospital work
The work load is approximately 18 patients per day, 4.5 days per week, with a half day allowed to catch up on charting.
Call is every 1:7 or 1:8 weeks...for office phone call and they are linked with an Urgent care so send patients there
rarely get called, maybe every other day 1 call - very very light
Client wants team players to work with others and willing to learn
EMR- e clinical works
Benefits plan: matching 401k, health insurance, CME money, association fees, licensing etc.
