Primary Care Opportunities in the St. Augustine, FL area (Near Jacksonville)!!
Positions Available due to Strategic organizational market expansion
Multispecialty group consisting of primary care/family medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care.
Currently 8 providers at two practice locations including urgent care and primary care.
Call coverage to be determined.
Office Hourse are: 8am to 5pm
The practice recruiting is part of a new state-of-the art health village consisting of primary care,
pediatrics, OB/GYN (community partner), urgent care, laboratory services, and imaging.
The health village will emphasize a seamless integration of high quality health care, consumerism, and digital health.
The health village is being constructed to support a rapidly growing community in a highly desirable
area of a sought-after county in Northeast Florida.
We are looking for candidates who are focused on providing an excellent patient experience in conjunction with delivering high quality health care.
Board certification in respective specialty is preferred.
Patient Population: Insurance demographic for the region in which the practice will operate consists of 42% commercial insurance, 40% Medicare,
8% Medicaid, and 8% other. The predominate commercial payor in the area is BlueCross BlueShield.
Patient Volume: Ramp up time is anticipated. However, it would be expected of the physician to see upwards of 20 patients per day within 3-6 months.
Compensation: Base compensation depending on specialty with quality and engagement bonus, as well as productivity bonus available
