Job Description
We have a client in a very nice town in Northern California in search of a Internal Medicine Physician starting as soon as that Provider is found and credentialed. This is a long-term/ongoing assignment, so Providers willing to commit to a minimum of 3-months are needed to ensure continuity of care.
The ideal Provider for this role will be a Board Certified Internal Medicine (BCIM), Internal Medicine residency-trained and currently licensed in California. Clean Malpractice/Background preferred. Providers within commutable distance to the facility will be given preference as well.
Assignment:
- M-F and needs to be able to provide consistent coverage over a few months
- Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Frequency: Monday - Friday
- Outpatient only, about 16-18 patients per day
- Setting: Primary Care
- FTE: Full Time
- # Providers Needed: 1
- Duties: Primary Care - General
- Required Procedures: Not required, whatever the provider feels comfortable with
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: RN or LVN on site/own MA
- Reason for Coverage: Physician retiring.
- Deal Breakers? not being available M-F and needs to be able to provide consistent coverage over a few months.
