The Physician will be proposed with a structure of clinical staff and a pool of candidates for them to work alongside. Physicians will control the supporting staff (physicians, nurse practitioners and additional medical staff) through their professional expertise. SIMC will invest in all clinical, operational and technological equipment so physicians can deliver high-quality innovative comprehensive care.

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
- Provide senior care and manage complex medical conditions in adult patients
- Perform airway management and ventilate patients when necessary
- Utilize ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Ensure proper data management and electronic health record (EHR) utilization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Provide health coaching and education to patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies
