Primary Care Physician Position Details:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time Physician for a hybrid Primary Care role, with a combination of both home-based virtual days and in-person clinic days.

Role: Primary Care Physician (Internal or Family Medicine trained)

Location: In-person clinic based in Norwich, CT - virtual days from home

Setting: Primary Care (18+)

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only

Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Weekdays only, flexible weekday schedule
Phone call only, averages 2 weekends per year, 1 weekend every 1.5 months
