Join a physician-led organization looking for a dedicated Internal Medicine or Med/Peds physician to replace retiring physicians. Practice with a collaborative group with exceptional APP and administrative support while living in Metro Minneapolis.
The Opportunity:
• Independent multispecialty group with strong leadership, modern facilities, and dedicated clinical support.
• Excellent work/life balance with moderate 1:3 call (no hospital call), a 4 1/2 day work week and 7+ weeks off year 1.
• Collaborative, collegial group allows for easy consultations and high-quality patient care.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus wRVU production bonus up to 80K.
• Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation MGMA 75th percentile or higher.
