Strong leadership of this independent system provides you the opportunity to build your practice as you like while working with a collegial group dedicated to patient care. Physician-led organization with ownership track after two years allows your input to be heard.
The Opportunity:
• 100% outpatient practice with an established patient panel due to physician retirement.
• Collegial group looking for a motivated physician to join a community centered practice with mentorship opportunities.
• Excellent work/life balance with moderate 1:3 call (no hospital call), a 4 1/2 day work week and 7+ weeks off year 1.
• Tremendous clinical and administrative support allow you the time to develop meaningful patient relationships.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus production bonus, signing bonus, relocation, and other incentives.
• Ownership track after two years with total earnings 75th percentile MGMA or better.
• Executive level benefits with 100% paid health care for you and your family plus extraordinary employee retirement contribution to 30K+.
