Job Description
Staff includes board-certified internists and APRNs who also have admitting privileges at Backus Hospital. Services include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of illness, physical examinations, health promotion, immunizations. On-site testing includes EKG, blood sugar testing and referral for diagnostic testing. Our Primary Care Program participates in the CT Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program. Women without insurance may receive a physical, Pap smear and mammogram at no charge.
Clinic hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month: 9 AM – 1 PM

One of Connecticut’s two National Scenic Byways, Route 169, begins at the junction of Routes 2 and 32. Route 169, sometimes called the General Israel Putnam Highway, runs north from Norwich to the Massachusetts state line. Along the highway, motorists will find Colonial and Victorian homes, fall foliage, barns, and historical sites.
