Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including preventive care, medications, and referrals to specialists as needed.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and management of chronic conditions.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
Active medical license in the state of South Carolina.
