We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our client’s team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive, and compassionate primary care services to adult patients.
• Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
• Enjoy a manageable patient load to ensure ample time for patient interactions and personalized care.
• Foster strong doctor-patient relationships and continuity of care.
• Emphasize preventive healthcare measures and wellness promotion.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Consult with specialists when needed, facilitating seamless referrals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, documenting patient assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Effectively communicate with patients, addressing their concerns, explaining treatment plans, and involving them in decision-making.
• Foster open communication and collaboration with nursing staff, support personnel, and administrative colleagues.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in internal medicine and related fields.
• Participate in continuing medical education to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal medicine practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing a wide range of adult medical conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to convey medical information clearly to patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on empathy and compassion.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $180k to $220k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
