Job Title: Internist/Family Medicine Physician

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, family dynamics, and individual needs
- Collaborate with the patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress
- Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
- Refer to specialists when appropriate
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) Graduate
- Successful completion of family/internal medicine residency program
- Board eligible/Board certified
- Unrestricted California Physician License
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
- Proficiency with EMRs

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is located at 1518 Noriega St, San Francisco, CA, This is a full-time position, however, there are opportunities for negotiable scheduling arrangements.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $250,000 - 310,000 annually. Compensation will be evaluated and adjusted based on experiences, education, and community/clinic need. This pay range represents our national target range for this role.
