Opportunity Details:
• Join an established primary care practice with Epic EMR at an award-winning critical access hospital with high physician engagement and retention!
• Work alongside 11 primary care physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a collaborative care model using a Medical Home approach to care
• See 16-20 patients per day; full-time is 32 patient contact hours a week
• The critical access hospital (Level III Trauma) encompasses 140,000 square feet
• The stunning facilities are bright, modern and spotless!
Compensation and Benefits Details:
• Two-year base compensation of $300,000 +tiered wRVU production bonus
• $200,000 recruitment incentive
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $10,000 quality incentive
