Requirments : Infectious Disease - Internal Medicine Physician

  • M.D. or D.O.
  • Completion of AOA or ACGME Internal Medicine Residency Program
  • Completion of an accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship Program
  • Missouri Medical License
  • DEA certificate
