**Internal Medicine opportunity: Yakima, WA** ~ Sign-on, Stipend, Retention, Starting, Relocation, Productivity **Position Details** - Provider driven practices with administrative support. - Blend of primary care and walk-in care services. (10 primary care/multispecialty outpatient clinics, and close to 20 specialty care services/clinics located throughout the Yakima Valley.) The health system also has 2 hospitals. - Outpatient clinic offering primary care services to an adult population. No after hours, call, or weekends. - Typical volume ranges 15-25+ patients per day. Ranges that allow you to meet or exceed threshold for bonuses/productivity and earn a fantastic living (no pressure environment). - Open communication/transparency with Administration, and direct access to our specialists. - EMR: Cerner - Working with, and sensitive to, a multicultural population in a rural setting is preferred. - Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus. **Requirements** - MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent. - Completion of an accredited US Residency program. - WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license. - DEA certificate. - BE/BC required. - Great peer references and in good standing. - Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid. **Compensation** - Generous base salary based off MGMA standards with ranges from $240k-$300k p/y DOE. - RVU quarterly productivity bonuses for increased earnings potential during ramp up. - Comprehensive full benefit package includes M/D/V/RX/AD&D/L/HSA, retirement, CME time and allowances, generous time off, and malpractice. - Relocation allowances, sign-on, and commencement bonuses. - Possible stipend for early signing (if applicable, negotiable). - Other tailored rewards based on individual need. - Student Loan Repayment Programs and PSLF (Loan Forgiveness 501(c)(3)) **Location** - A growing population and thriving economy (Yakima County over 250,000 with our catchment area close to 300,000 residents) - Over 300 days of blissful sunshine with 4 distinct mild seasons - Beautiful region located on the sunny-side of the state great for outdoor concerts, shopping, dining, and drive-up espresso stands! - Every outdoor activity you can think of among some of the most beautiful scenery--rolling hills, vineyards, produce stacked in bins/fruit stands/farmers markets, rivers and lakes, fishing, camping, hiking, biking, hunting, skiing, with spectacular views of Mt.
