Physician - Adult Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time Preferred (32 Clinical Hours per Week)
- Possible Part-Time Option (Negotiable Hours)
- Some Flexibility Offered

COMPENSATION:
- $200,000 to $225,000+ Starting Base Salary, dependent upon experience

Arlington Heights, Illinois
COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice has been providing a variety of services to adult patients in the Arlington Heights area for more than 40 years. They are a multi-specialty organization, offering gastroenterology, physical therapy, aesthetic treatments, vein work, and more, alongside traditional primary care offerings. They have an in-house lab, on-site ultrasounds and echocardiograms, and sleep studies, among others. They currently employ 5 physicians and 1 physician assistant, along with a robust support staff of clinical and administrative team members. They are hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard outpatient primary care role, in which the physician will be responsible for overall provision of care to adult patients.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- adult and geriatric primary care
- patient evaluations
- physical assessments
- patient education
- chronic disease management
- preventative medicine
- medication management
- specialist referrals
Providers see an average of 20 patients per day, with a dedicated clinical support staff.
The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.
On-call duties are 1 weekend (from 12:00pm on Saturday + 24 hours on Sunday) every 4 to 5 weeks. On-call is phone triage only and volume is minimal.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Illinois medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
