Internal Medicine Opening in Edenton, NC Greenville 60m; Coastal Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to join a physician in an established, outpatient practice. Highlights include:

  • Outpatient only (Hospitalists shifts optional)

  • System-wide integrated EMR EPIC
  • 1.5:1 MA-to-physician support; RN, health coach, and annual wellness visit nurse on-site
  • Support from local specialists: Cardiology, Orthopedics, Oncology/Hematology, Surgery, Neurology, Urology, OB/GYN, and Wound
  • 24/7 Hospitalist Service for inpatient care at ECU Health Chowan Hospital

ABOUT HOSPITAL: Hospital in Edenton is a 25-bed critical access hospital which provides programs and services to 110,000 people in 6 counties. It offers medical and surgical services, including intensive care, a specialty care clinic and a dedicated outpatient surgery area with endoscopy capabilities. A 7-bed emergency department serves approximately 16,000 patients per year.
