North Chicago Primary Care

Location: Chicago, IL (near Wrigleyville)

Duration: 6-12 months, Can start in September

Schedule: 32 hours of patient facing time a week, flexible on which days provider can work

Shift: We are open 9-7 M, W, Th, 10-7 Tu, 9-5 Fri and 9-3 Sat. 32 hrs will be spread throughout the week and 1 Sat a month

Call: No call

Patient volume: varies, but they have had 15-20 sexual health walk-ins to the clinic/day, in addition to scheduled patients

Scope: ADULT ONLY - Hybrid primary care/sexual health walk-in clinic. Clinic serves primarily underprivileged and also the LGBTQ community

EMR: Centricity— but switching to EPIC in Sept, market it as epic as they think by the time they start someone the switch will be done

Hospital: Do not admit directly, outpatient only

Group/support: 1 dedicated MA/per provider. There will be another provider (independent APP or MD/DO) in clinic with the locums, not solo coverage

Requirements (boards, license): Board certified in Family or Internal or ER med

Rates: TBD, waiting on them to send me their budget after a meeting tomorrow
