Community Health Group is seeking a full time BC/BE Family /Internal Medicine physician to join our team in
our office based practice located in Farmington, Maine.
The Family/Internal Medicine practice is located on the Hospital campus and provides office based
primary care medicine services and preventive and diagnostic cardiovascular services and serves a population of
approximately 40,000. The local medical community provides excellent collegial interaction and referral relationships.
In addition to an annual base salary, the compensation model for physicians at hospital offers significant additional
income potential. Come be a part of our dynamic team of providers, which includes three physicians and two nurse
practitioners, working with exceptional support staff. The position offers teaching opportunities of medical students, as
Franklin Memorial Hospital is one of the teaching sites for the Maine Medical Center Tufts University Medical
School program.
