Cross Country Locums is seeking a Primary Care or Internal Medicine physician for a contract position in New Mexico
Scope of Work
Scope of Work
- Date: June 1, 2022 - Dec 31, 2022
- Desired Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am to 4:30pm
- Worksite Setting: Ambulatory Care/Outpatient Clinic
- Scope of Work: History taking, physical examination, ordering of appropriate laboratory and x-ray procedures, interpretations and synthesis of clinical data, determining specialist referral when needed, hospital admissions, etc.
- EMR/EHR system: RPMS/EHR
- Travel/Housing Notes: CCL will cover housing, car rental, 1 roundtrip airfare
- Board Certified MD or DO,
- Any state medical license and DEA
- ACLS, BLS,
- Fingerprinting and federal security clearance
- Current flu vaccine, current immunizations and current PPD w/n year, COVID vaccine
- Any active unrestricted license
- NPI
- 3 References
