**Med/Peds Nocturnist opening near Fayetteville, NC**_x000D_

**Responsibilities include:**_x000D_
_x000D_
* Round on Adult and Pediatric patients (great mix for individual who wants the excitement of a hospitalists position but still seeing patients from all ages)_x000D_
* Attend emergent caesarian sections and round in the newborn nursery (NRP certification is required)_x000D_
* Admit patients from the ER, as well as directly from primary care offices_x000D_
* Run codes/round in the ICU_x000D_
* Care for skilled care and swing bed patients_x000D_
* Work independently, with specialty doctors available by phone for on-call requirements_x000D_
* Procedures optional_x000D_
* Comfortable with ventilator_x000D_
* MediTech EMR_x000D_
* Nocturnist can expect to have 5 patient encounters per night & 3-4 emergency department admissions_x000D_
