With several upcoming retirements on the horizon, they are seeking a BC/BE Med-Peds physician to join their dynamic team and help uphold their legacy of exceptional patient care.
The Opportunity
• Completely Outpatient Focused: Enjoy the benefits of a 100% outpatient clinic, allowing for a dynamic and patient-centered practice without the complexities of inpatient care
• Supportive and Collaborative Team: Join a close-knit, collegial team of 10 experienced Family Medicine physicians who foster an environment of mutual respect, collaboration, and shared expertise
• Exceptional Work-Life Balance: Experience an ideal work-life balance with a flexible 4-day work week and a manageable 1:9 phone call rotation, ensuring you have plenty of time to recharge and enjoy life outside the office
• Personalized Patient Care: Focus on building meaningful relationships with patients, seeing 16-20 patients per day, which allows you to spend quality time with each individual and deliver the best care possible
