An independent, full-service clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Ped physician to join their team. • Independent Practice: No Medicare involvement or metrics requirements—focus solely on patient care.
• Recreational Opportunities: The surrounding area offers unlimited opportunities for outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, and more.
• Work-Life Balance: Set schedules with customizable patient panels and longer appointment times.
• Schedule: Full-time (32 hours per week) with options for 4 or 5 workdays; weekends as needed.
• Call: Telephone-only after-hours line for emergencies (1:5 rotation, averaging 5 calls per year).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary up to 225k to 300k annually.
