**Med/Peds Hospitalist Opening in North Carolina**
* Located in ***Tarboro, NC*** - Greenville 27m, Raleigh 73m
* Seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician to join their Hospitalist program.
* Clinical responsibilities will include: Level II nursery and well newborn nursery (for Med-Peds trained physicians), daily rounding, admissions, discharges, vent management and intubation, central line placement and thoracentesis
* 7 on/7 off Schedule -7a-7p with 2/ 7p-7a shifts every other week
* ICU is covered by pulmonary critical care physicians from 8-5pm, and covered by hospitalist team nights and weekends
* Established team of 6 hospitalist
* Anticipated Volume is 15-20 patients
* Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to a level 1 trauma center
* EPIC EMR
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
