Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to provide comprehensive, coordinated care to children and young adults. Our health services include a primary care medical home, long-term outpatient care management, multidisciplinary care, collaboration with the palliative care team, and facilitation of transitions from pediatric to adult-oriented health systems.
The patient population comprises children and young adults with chronic and complex conditions involving multiple organ systems and medical technology. This established clinic features an existing patient panel and includes a Nurse Practitioner, RN Coordinator, Social Worker, and Patient Care Coordinator.
