• Location: Central Connecticut (15 mins north of Hartford, CT)

• Requirements: CT license, Active DEA, Active CSR, Board Certified/Eligible in related specialty
• Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) ; split each shift at 2 facilities
• Census: 10-16 pts/day
• EMR: Matrix Care
• Duration: 12/13/21 – 2/28/22
• Compensation: up to $16,000/month

Client Description:

Our client who manages a large healthcare network in Tolland and neighboring counties in Connecticut is currently searching for qualified physicians with Geriatric experience to join their practice located 15 mins north of Hartford, Connecticut. The candidate will work full-time, Mon-Fri (8am-5pm). Coverage will be needed from 12/13/21 – 2/28/22. The candidate will split their time daily between 2 skilled nursing facilities. Backup Physician and APP support will be provided.
