UP Health System – Portage invites Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Adult-Only Family Medicine physicians with an interest in Geriatrics to join our compassionate team in Hancock, MI, nestled in the heart of Michigan’s stunning Upper Peninsula.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with shared phone-only call
• No inpatient responsibilities – focus fully on your patients during office hours
• Adult-Only Patient Panel – deliver thoughtful, personalized care to adult and geriatric populations
• Well-Established Practice – built-in support with room to grow
• Genuine Work-Life Balance – manageable workload, time for family, and space to recharge

Visa Support:

• J-1 Waiver: State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty.
• H-1B: Support via the H-1B lottery.
• O-1: Visa support available.
