Geriatrics Position Summary:

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients of Bloomfield, Connecticut. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care.

Role: 100% geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services

Location: Bloomfield, CT

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays

Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
