Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement care strategies for Medicare participants.
  • Monitor and guide medical services, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance clinical outcomes.
  • Support and mentor clinical staff to ensure professional development and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license and eligibility for Medicare provider enrollment.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams within a clinical setting.
