Our client in Hampden County, MA is in need of a Full-time Geriatric Physician for an assignment!

Job details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Position serves as Outpatient PCP and skilled facility
• Schedule for this full-time opportunity is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
• On average, there are seven (7) on-call days (evenings/weekends) with weekend telephone triage.
• Number of patients that the provider will be seeing in a day – varies from 2-8 per day
• EMR: TruChart

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED
• Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine - PREFERRED
• MA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• CDS Certification & DEA Verbal Confirmation Registration (prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year working with the frail or elderly population - REQUIRED
• BLS (prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Clean/Clear malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• EMR TruChart experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
