Details:

• Location: Lawndale, CA (Los Angeles)
• Specialty: Geriatrics MD/DO
• Certifications Required:
• BC or BE, BLS,DEA, CA License
• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience
• Type of Need: Locums (90-day duration)
• Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing process: 15-30 days)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 3 days/week at West LA location (3711 S. LaBrea Ave)
• 2 days/week at Lawndale location (15230 Hawthorne Blvd)
• On-call/Callback: None
• Travel/Lodging: Local (drive-in only)
• Cases/Procedures: Primary Care, chronic care management
• Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients/day
• EMR System: Practice Velocity
• MPR Vertical Specific Information:
• BC/BE Family Med or Internal Med
• Primary care, chronic care, and medication management for a fragile population
