Local Team Collaboration:

- Work alongside our teams comprised of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.
- Board certified/eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
- Over five years experience leading a team of intensivists.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Georgia.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- We offer an array of flexible scheduling options, which includes one Intensivist during the day and tele-ICU coverage at night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients in an ICU within a 160-bed community hospital that includes a primary stroke center.
- Lead multidisciplinary rounds with active team participation.
- Support Internal Medicine residents who will rotate in the ICU as part of the hospital’s GME program.
- Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- Participate in and encourage other team members to participate actively in committees and become part of the larger hospital team.
