We are seeking a Locums Infectious Disease Physician to provide coverage at a small outpatient clinic in Prescott, AZ. As a Locums Infectious Disease Physician you will provide comprehensive outpatient care in a one-provider practice, managing 10-14 patients per day with a focus on infectious disease treatment and follow-up care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and ordering treatments in collaboration with local infusion centers, a wound care center, and a nearby hospital to ensure seamless patient care. Additionally, you will perform in-office dressing changes and wound care as needed. You will utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management while working closely with healthcare partners to deliver high-quality care to the community.
The role requires a minimum commitment of two weeks per month, with a preference for full-time, four-week coverage.

Qualifications:

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease.

· Active Arizona medical license required.

· Will accept the IMLC if it's in hand.

· DEA registration required.

· Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
