Deaconess Health System is seeking dedicated Infectious Disease Physician to provide inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth services at our hospital locations in Evansville/Newburgh, IN, and Henderson, KY. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive infectious disease services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including telehealth.
  • Work in a very busy hospital environment with support from an Antimicrobial Stewardship team and trained pharmacists.
  • Collaborate with other specialists and a dedicated medical team in providing the best care for our patients.
  • Provide patient care at our Evansville, Newburgh, IN, and Henderson, KY locations, all within close proximity to each other.

Schedule & Call Coverage:

  • Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, providing an excellent work-life balance.
  • Call Coverage: 1:2 call rotation.
  • Join a supportive team of 5 experienced physicians working together to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Infectious Disease.
  • Must obtain licensure for Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois.
  • Strong commitment to patient care with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Guaranteed Salary: $375,000 for the first year, with easy potential to exceed this guarantee based on patient volume.
  • Compensation Model: After the guarantee period, compensation is based on a combination of productivity and quality bonuses.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 sign-on opportunity.
