Infectious Disease Locum job in Prescott, AZ

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Minimum of 2 weeks on, preferably 4 /Full Time - site will not consider: 1 week per month or 1 week on 1 week off

Setting: attached to hospital, but outpatient clinic

Duties:

Days per month: M-F

Required Procedures: in office dressing changes/wound care

EMR: CERNER

Support Staff: 1 MA, 1 front office

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
• AZ license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Required
• BLS - Required
• Malpractice – Clean Preferred
• Availability at time of name clear – Required
