Infectious Disease Physician Locums Job in Arizona | Clinic Coverage ASAP and Ongoing for 2 Weeks/Month

Schedule needed for Assignment #107688:
--Minimum of 2 weeks on, preferably 4 /full-time - site will not consider: 1 week per month or 1 week on 1 week off
--Days per month: Monday through Friday

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified or Board Eligible
--State license – preferred
--Residency Requirements/Fellowship – required
--Other Certifications –DEA
--Malpractice – clean preferred
--Availability at time of name clear – required
--Summary: Board Certified Infectious Disease Clinician needed for small outpatient clinic. This is a one provider practice. Seeing about 10-14 outpatients per day and monitoring/ordering their treatments. We work closely with local infusion centers.
--Setting: attached to hospital, but outpatient clinic
--Days per month: Monday-Friday
--Required Procedures: in office dressing changes/wound care
--EMR: CERNER
--Support Staff: 1 MA, 1 front office
--Reason for Coverage: Long term provider is retiring
--Need someone who can come for an extended time, not just 1-3 weeks
