WVU Medicine, West Virginia University Health System Medical Group is actively recruiting an Infectious Disease physician to join our dynamic medical team at WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. Job Details*

  • 4-day clinic schedule rotating biweekly
  • 7 on / 7 off inpatient schedule
  • APP support available
  • Areas of expertise/focus include health care epidemiology, musculoskeletal infections, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B, C, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Transplant ID, OPAT, and COpAT
  • Clinical responsibilities will include a mix of ID inpatient and outpatient
  • *Subject to change based upon need

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
  • BE/BC in infectious diseases
  • Completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program as well as infectious diseases fellowship program
