Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school with completed fellowship training in Infectious Disease.
• Licensure/Certification: MD/DO licensed in Oregon, Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Disease.
• Skills & Experience: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a dedication to organizational values of excellence, respect, honesty, and teamwork.
