Rates: $200/hr
Position Details

Start Date:
February 2025 -
Schedule:
-
24-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 AM).
-
Covers both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
-
Call ratio: 4:1.

Practice Overview
-
Practice Setting:
Outpatient Clinic and Hospital-based consultative care. -
Patient Demographics:
-
100% adult patients, 25% geriatric.
-
15–20 patients per day (can spike to 30 during COVID).
-

Conditions Managed:
-
HIV/AIDS, MRSA, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, septic joint, meningitis, diabetic foot infections, bacteremia, and abscesses.

Team:
-
3 physicians and 1 NP within the group.

Participation in Infection Prevention, Infection Control, and Sepsis Programs/Committees.

Support:

EMR: Epic (must have Epic experience).

Requirements

Certification:
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) – Required.

Active BLS – Required.

Licensure:

Active Indiana License – Required at submission.

Experience:

Must be comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Preferred:
Local candidates within driving distance.
Credentialing Information

Payer Enrollment: 90–120 days.

Hospital Privileges: 45–60 days.
