Qualifications: - MD or DO, board-eligible or board-certified in Infectious Disease. - Eligible for unrestricted medical licenses in both Illinois and Iowa. - Current and unrestricted state and federal authorization to prescribe medications. - Eligible to work in the United States, with H1-B cap exemption available.
