Clinical Role:

- Preferably 12/30/24 to 5/30/25, but we are willing to take a shorter term if needed
- Setting: Attached to hospital, but outpatient clinic
- Days per month: Monday through Friday
- Required Procedures: In office dressing changes/wound care
- EMR: CERNER
- Support Staff: 1 MA, 1 front office
- Reason for Coverage: Long term provider is retiring
- Board Certified/Board ELigible – Required
- Active AZ License – Preferred
- DEA – Required
