Practice Setting:

• Outpatient clinic experiencing growth expansion
• Average volume of 4 patients per day (volume will increase)
• Full office staff for support
  • Charting: Cerner

Cases and Procedures:

• New patient appointments
  • No call requirements

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Full-time, through at least August 2025 with the potential to extend

Requirements:

• Board-certified Infectious Disease Physician
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Licensed in Oregon
