role. From facilitating orders to patient staffing and documentation, our nurse

work experience. Importantly, the costs associated with employing these nurse
practitioners are fully covered by the practice and do not impact your salary, providing an
additional benefit of joining our team.

Highly Competitive Compensation: Our compensation package is designed to recognize
your hard work and dedication, including a base salary of $400,000 per year.
Additionally, we offer a variable component based on WRVUs, ensuring that your
contributions are duly rewarded.

dental, and vision coverage. We also provide a CME allowance of up to $5,000 per year

Contract Details:
Start Date: Commence your journey with us on July 1, 2025.
Duration: Secure a two-year commitment, ensuring stability and opportunity for growth.
Exit Clause: Transparency is key; we offer a 60-day notice for an exit clause, prioritizing mutual
respect and clear communication.
Paid Time Off: Recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance with two weeks of paid time
off per year.
Base Salary: Reflecting our commitment to fair compensation, your base salary is $400,000 per
year complemented by attractive incentives, such as a $25,000 signing bonus upon contract
finalization. With potential for RVUs and productivity bonuses in the first two years.
Continuing Medical Education (CME): Invest in your professional growth with one week off
paid per year for CME, with up to $5,000 reimbursed.
Relocation Allowance: Transition smoothly with a $10,000 relocation allowance to support your
move.
Potential Partnership Track: Pave the way for your future with a potential partnership track
starting in year three.
Facility Coverage: Expected to cover up to two inpatient acute care facilities in El Paso,
ensuring diverse clinical experiences.

Comprehensive Support: Focus on providing exceptional care while we handle all aspects of
support, including medical, dental, credentialing, and overheads. Additionally, our current Nurse
Practitioners will be credentialed under you, providing valuable support to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
