Coverage Needed:
- 7 on/7 off
- No night call
Clinical Information:
- Inpatient 7 days, Outpatient 1 day
- Virtual 1:4 week rotation, Monday - Sunday, plus additional day of on-site ID Clinic Monday following virtual rotation
- 2-3 New Consults per day, average 15 patients per day
- Support: 10 MDs, RN
Required:
- Board Certified in Infectious Disease
- Active IN License
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
