McLaren Bay Region is seeking a self-motived, hard working Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of the wound care program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wound care and interest in working with a diverse group of providers delivering a multi-disciplinary approach to care.

Position highlights include:

  • Direct surgeon oversight while independently providing clinical assessments of wounds, hands-on procedures and bedside debridement, application of wound care including compression and casting and medical management of systemic diseases contributing to chronic wounds
  • Clinic offers spacious work environment with 2 hyperbaric chambers and 4 fully-stocked exam rooms
  • Administrative and operations support provided by Healogics
  • Ideal clinical based schedule with no weekend or call coverage
