**Hospitalist opening in MA - Near Boston** Full-time, permanent placement Located in Beverly, MA (22m Boston) Hospital, member hospital of the newly formed integrated healthcare system is actively recruiting nocturnists and day hospitalists. Hospital is a 221-bed community hospital situated in Beverly, MA, approximately 35 minutes from downtown Boston. The hospital is consistently recognized by Blue Cross and Blue Shield as one of the top quality hospital in all of Massachusetts. Further, it has achieved the title of Truven Top 100 Hospitals 7 times, and is one of only 40 hospitals nationwide to have achieved A grades for patient safety and patient outcomes since Leapfrogs inception in 2012. The Division of Hospital Medicine is comprised of more than 60 FTE physicians and approximately 10 advance practitioners, all committed to providing exceptional patient care. Approximately 25 of these physicians are based at Hospital. The Division employs a 7 on, 7 off block schedule. Although there are no hard caps, patient volume typically falls within SHM recommended ranges. The Division of Hospital Medicine is a democratically run, collegial group where providers feel their contributions are recognized and valued. Partially open ICU. Hospitalists care for patients in the ICU except for patients that are on ventilators (handled by 24 hour intensivists).
