New Hospitalist Physician Locums Job in Chicago, Illinois
Details/Requirements:
--ASAP start
--12 hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, although on most days, the physician won't be required to stay in house for the full 12 hours. Most days, they will be finished admitting by 3:30 or 4 PM
--No overnight call or house call where they will need to return
--No procedures
--Patients per day on average: Varies by season. In the winter, it's usually 14-18 per day.
--Must be Board Certified
--APPs and residents will be on staff with providers. All admissions will be covered by APP or residents, APP/residents will cover 16 follow up/rounding patients
