Requirements:

• Board Certified Medical Oncology OR Medical Oncology/Hematology – REQUIRED
• ID license in hand – REQUIRED
• CSR
• DEA
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
• Clean background/malpractice – REQUIRED
• Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility – REQUIRED
